Refund & Cancellation

At Global Technologies, we aim to provide transparent service terms and fair customer support. Because most of our offerings are custom, digital, and service-based in nature, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the stage of work completed, the type of service ordered, and the reason for the request.

By placing an order, the client agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Cancellation Before Work Starts

If a client requests cancellation before the project has started and before any resource allocation, planning, or production work has been initiated, the client may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to payment gateway charges, administrative costs, and any non-recoverable expenses already incurred.

2. Cancellation After Work Starts

Once work has started, the order may no longer be fully refundable because time, labor, planning, and technical resources have already been allocated.

If cancellation is requested after commencement:

  • Charges may apply for work already completed
  • Any advance paid for completed milestones or delivered drafts may be non-refundable
  • Only the unworked portion, if any, may be considered for partial refund at our discretion

3. Custom Digital Services

The following service types are usually custom and effort-based:

  • Website Development & Designing
  • WordPress Website Development
  • Graphics Designing
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC)
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Image Editing Services

For such custom services, refunds are generally not available once substantial work has been started, drafts have been delivered, files have been edited, strategy has been prepared, campaigns have been configured, or deliverables have been shared.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not issued in the following cases:

  • Client changes mind after work has started
  • Delay caused by client’s late response, missing files, or missing approvals
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after approved brief execution
  • Completed work delivered as per agreed scope
  • Revisions requested outside original scope
  • Third-party platform delays, rejections, suspensions, or policy changes
  • SEO, PPC, or marketing performance not meeting assumed expectations where no guarantee was promised
  • Image editing or design work already completed and delivered

5. Eligible Refund Situations

A refund request may be reviewed where:

  • Duplicate payment was made by mistake
  • The order cannot be started for operational reasons from our side
  • We are unable to deliver the service at all
  • The wrong service was charged due to a confirmed internal billing error

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.

6. Revision Before Refund Consideration

If the issue is quality-related and falls within the agreed scope, we may first offer reasonable revisions or corrections before considering any refund request. This helps us resolve concerns fairly and practically.

7. Timeline for Refund Requests

Any refund request should be submitted in writing with the order details and reason for the request within 7 days of payment or delivery event relevant to the issue, unless a different service-specific term was agreed in writing.

8. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, processing time may vary depending on the payment method, banking channel, and payment service provider. Payment gateway fees, bank charges, or currency conversion differences may be non-refundable where applicable.

9. Cancellation by Global Technologies

We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

  • The client provides unlawful or infringing material
  • The request violates applicable law or policy
  • The service requested is outside our workable scope
  • The client is unresponsive for an extended period
  • Abusive or fraudulent conduct is identified

In such cases, refund eligibility will be evaluated based on work completed and expenses already incurred.
